LOKMIA KITCHEN & INGREDIENT-BASED RECIPES
Dinner starts with
what you have.
A pantry inventory becomes more useful when it helps answer “what can I cook?” Lokmia connects the ingredients in your kitchen with recipe possibilities.

FROM STOCK TO A NEXT STEP
A kitchen that
helps you decide.
A recipe search can tell you what sounds good. A kitchen-aware recipe match can also tell you whether you have the ingredients to make it. Lokmia is being built to bridge those two questions.
The working app has refrigerator and dry pantry views. Ingredients can be kept in a kitchen inventory, and the recipe engine checks available quantities to distinguish ready-to-cook meals from recipes with missing ingredients.
That distinction matters: knowing that an ingredient exists is different from having enough for a recipe. Lokmia uses the quantities in your kitchen to make the match more practical.
THE EVERYDAY FLOW
Start on your shelf.
Finish with a plan.
- 01
Keep your kitchen in view.
Organize the ingredients in your refrigerator and dry pantry. Keep the recorded stock and quantities up to date so the recipe match reflects what you have.
- 02
Explore meals from that stock.
Look at recipe possibilities around your ingredients. Quantity-aware matching separates recipes you can make from those with a gap.
- 03
See what is missing before shopping.
Use the missing-ingredient information to decide what to cook or what you still need. Compare recipe preparation time and approximate nutrition in the recipe collection.
THE REAL WORKING APP
From shelf
to recipe.
These are original captures from Lokmia’s Android development build. The inventory and recipe views show the product being built; features and availability may change before public launch.
WHY THE CONNECTION MATTERS
Make more of
your groceries.
The goal is to help you use food already in the kitchen, avoid buying ingredients you do not need and spend less time deciding where to start. It is a way to connect a shopping decision to an actual meal.
These are intended everyday benefits. Lokmia has not published measured savings or a guaranteed reduction in food waste.
Is the app available to download?
Lokmia is in development. An Android build is used for the screenshots on this site; Android and iOS public releases are planned, with the release date to be announced.
Is this only a pantry app?
The kitchen is one part of Lokmia. Recipes, meal planning, approximate nutrition and movement share the same app, with Nora helping in supported food and kitchen contexts.
