01. Scope and current availability
These terms explain use of lokmia.com and the development-stage information it presents. Lokmia is an independently developed consumer health, nutrition and fitness product. Contact the Lokmia operator at bozkurt@lokmia.com.
The website introduces an app in active development. Public downloads, pricing and a public release date have not been announced. Screenshots show a working Android development build. Android and iOS are planned; this does not represent a released iOS app.
Access to a private test build, if offered, may include separate test instructions and notices. Any public app release, purchase or subscription will have its applicable terms presented before the relevant agreement or transaction.
02. Wellness information, not medical care
Lokmia is intended to support everyday food, kitchen, nutrition, activity and habit organisation. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention or medication recommendations.
Nutrition values, recognition results, calculations and AI responses may be approximate, incomplete or incorrect. Review them before use. For health decisions, speak with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use this website or Nora for emergencies; contact your local emergency service when needed.
Recipe matching is based on recorded ingredients and quantities. It is not a guarantee of food safety, absence of allergens or suitability for a medical condition. Check actual food condition, labels and your own dietary requirements.
03. Early access and communications
“Request Early Access” opens an email addressed to Lokmia. It does not create an app account, submit a hidden registration form or take payment. An enquiry does not guarantee admission, priority, a response time or a launch date.
Send only information needed for your enquiry. Please do not email passwords, medical records or someone else’s personal information without authority. We may respond to the enquiry; this does not automatically enrol you in marketing communications.
04. Responsible use
You may browse the website and follow its public links for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or misuse contact channels. These terms do not prohibit lawful research, accessibility tools or legitimate search-engine crawling.
If you are invited to use a test build, follow its access instructions, keep account credentials secure and enter information you are authorised to use. A private invitation does not grant permission to expose another person’s health information or redistribute private test access.
05. Product content and third-party services
Branding, website design, original product screenshots and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Rights remain with their respective holders. Public viewing is not a licence to use the Lokmia brand as your own. Uses permitted by law remain permitted; contact us for additional usage requests.
Third-party links and connected services have their own terms and privacy practices. In development AI features, Google’s Gemini API terms apply to the relevant provider service. Do not assume that a third-party service has the same data practices as this website. Read our Privacy Policy before sending information through optional AI or sharing features.
06. Accuracy, availability and legal rights
The product and website may change during development. We aim to describe the current product accurately, but displayed examples are not a commitment to deliver every feature unchanged. The website does not promise uninterrupted availability, medical outcomes, measured savings or a specific fitness result.
No unannounced price, paid subscription or purchase contract is created by browsing this site. These terms do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, remove mandatory consumer rights or require arbitration in an invented jurisdiction.
Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. No governing-law selection, exclusive court, registered legal company name or business address is asserted without confirmation.
